Real transformation happens when "Must" turns into "Playfulness." In 2015, the UN gave us a map to transform the world (SDGs), but missed the bridge to our "Personal Why." Ten years on from the birth of the 2030 SDGs Game, P-Lab is bridging this gap with Possible World. By fusing simulation technology with the Zen spirit of Furyu Monji, we explore how shifting from duty to possibility can change everything.

We need to move beyond "Face-to-Face vs Online" and embrace the "AND" mindset. While In-person builds energy, Online offers unique Inclusivity and psychological safety. The Japanese word for Human, Ningen, implies we exist in the "space between" people. Technology simply creates new spaces for connection. By adopting this mindset, we can view AI not as a threat, but as a partner that extends human potential.

"Are you still scattering 'fertiliser' on barren soil?" Traditional training acts like chemical fertiliser: quick results, but it creates dependency. To build a resilient, autonomous organisation, you must cultivate the "soil" itself—your people's mindset and relationships. Based on Systems Thinking and Theory U, our inductive approach shifts from teaching "correct answers" to weaving meaning from experience, restoring agency and fostering true growth.
