[Aug2024] Possible World Discovery Session Report

Possible World-Discovery Session Report

Possible World is an online platform for transformative serious games. Through immersive gameplay, reflection, and guided exercises, uncover your true potential and spark lasting change. Explore interactive scenarios and engage in meaningful dialogue to gain deep insights into your mindset. Designed for individuals and organizations of all sizes, Possible World empowers you to cultivate a growth mindset, ignite innovation, and drive sustainable results. Experience the power of play in our focused 2-hour sessions, with optional post-session briefings for further analysis.

This approach allows us to share our unique strengths and co-create something greater together. Remember, we don't need to be experts in everything.

We've begun integrating our discovery sessions with co-hosting opportunities for our game hosts. This fosters a collaborative learning environment within our ecosystem. I personally gained valuable insights from supporting and observing Simpson lead a session.

 3. Participant Voices
I felt supported so continued and frustrations ebbed away.
There were some glitches with the avatar responses and working around these was creative and fun. I enjoyed experiencing how we were all working to find ways to help one another and create a balanced world
What I learned today is to be aware of all sort of impact we make in daily bases...Challenges - helping novices with the operations so that they could feel competent and be contributing to the world we’re co-creating
Overcame by asking and giving and playing WHILE watching the world condition meter. AWARENESS has been heightened over time
Struggled with so many ways of reaching out to people…
After I attended the session, it made me aware that my actions (even though small one) will actually bring impact to the society and environment.

 4. Reflections and Learnings
  • Methods: Zoom

  • Key Learnings and Insights: Even when the intention is there, it can be complicated to communicate, especially when the time available is limited...
