Beyond the 2030 SDGs Game lies Possible World. In a virtual world, your hands stop, you hold back, you swallow what you wanted to say, just as in daily life. Here you notice your own brakes and frames, loosen them a little, and feel with your body the possibilities that open up. It is open to leadership, teams, organizations, and life itself. When it fades in the noise of daily life, come back anytime. P-Lab aims for a world where more people live their own one-of-a-kind possibilities.

On August 24, we held a Possible World session in Fuchu, Tokyo, using physical cards — normally run online, this time prompted by P-Lab member Aya's temporary return from Darwin, Australia. Eighteen participants gathered to build a world together, even taking on an unplanned third round.

On September 7, we held a Possible World session in Shin-Osaka, using physical cards. Seventeen people with varied backgrounds played two rounds, building on the same world rather than resetting. By the end, the economy, environment, and society meters were all flourishing — but not everyone felt they had. Some felt left behind, others unheard. "If the numbers improve, is that a flourishing world for everyone?" That question stayed with the group, who chose reflection over a third round.
