I spent three hours with 30 diverse students at the University of Sydney, guiding them through a simulation. Initially trapped by their need for rules, they soon realized they could create their own. A small act of courage—one student crossing the room to talk to another group—created a ripple effect, shifting the conversation from competition to collective vision.

The "Possible World" program, which uses a card-based game to help high school students explore global challenges and brainstorm solutions, was recently featured in the Boso Shimbun, a local newspaper. The program was a key component of the Minamiboso Intercultural Summer Camp, organised by a citizens' group as a first step towards establishing a new international school in the region.
