Case Study: Fostering Collective Impact at Menzies School of Health Research
Menzies School of Health Research held a hybrid 'Possible World' workshop to foster collective impact. Participants engaged in a simulation to bridge intellect with bodily senses, connecting head, heart, and hara. Initially focused on individual tasks, a gentle reflection shifted mindsets towards whole-system goals. Consequently, team alignment visibly improved. A robust foundation was quietly cultivated, allowing everyone to proceed cooperatively in future endeavours.
