Possible World Discovery Session Report - Nov. 10 2025
Possible World Session Insights (11/19/25): 9 participants sought collective goals, but only 4 achieved individual targets. The simulation revealed a booming Economy (22) while Environment (7) and Society (11) lagged, fueling "frustration of not being able to control... the bigger picture." Learning from the Asanoha Pattern: "Inviting Leadership" – Fostering Independence and Resonance Without Relying on "Gravity"
The atmosphere was pure fervor, driven by deep respect and passion. Yet, that heat made me reflect: What about leadership based on deep respect for others?

Young People's Limitless Potential: What the Power of "Ba-zukuri" Taught Me
Young people's "immaturity" is their greatest strength—their potential to make powerful contributions. My program "Possible World" proved this by embodying the philosophy of "ba-zukuri" (the Japanese concept for creating a meaningful space). The final presentations showed a genuine confidence and a clear sense of self-awareness, as each person blossomed in their own direction. This showed me that it is our role as adults to create the "Ba" where their infinite potential can f

"Possible World" Highlighted in a Local Chiba Newspaper
The "Possible World" program, which uses a card-based game to help high school students explore global challenges and brainstorm solutions, was recently featured in the Boso Shimbun, a local newspaper. The program was a key component of the Minamiboso Intercultural Summer Camp, organised by a citizens' group as a first step towards establishing a new international school in the region.

The aesthetics of "Relationships" that Japanese Culture Challenges the World to Explore
In a world still dominated by Western individualism, what does Japanese culture ask of us?
