Collaboration, Communication, and Growth: Report on the First Possible World Jam! Session
Participants reflected on their collaborative gameplay, drawing meaningful parallels to real-world situations. Discussions explored societal challenges, the importance of mutual support, and the intricacies of global cooperation. Many shared personal insights on communication, the value of learning from setbacks, and their intentions to apply these lessons to future interactions. Despite limited time, the Possible World Jam! Session sparked deeper awareness of mindset shifts and opened pathways for personal growth.

I think this session made me feel a little anxious, and it made me reflect on how, in a second round, I would take more time to consider the bigger picture. I think we often react too quickly; in my life or work, I need to take a step back, breathe, and not get so emotional.
I learned two things. First, even in the real world, especially when working in sustainability, it's difficult to see immediate impact or change, and sometimes things seem to worsen. Second, I feel that as long as we work together, journey together, listen to and support each other, and put in the effort, that's enough.
Today's experience mirrors my real-world role as a teacher. I believe in not over-teaching and letting students think for themselves. But just like in this game, sometimes students need clearer guidelines, because without them, they get confused and don't know what to do.
