Possible World Discovery Session Report - Nov. 10 2025
Possible World Session Insights (11/19/25): 9 participants sought collective goals, but only 4 achieved individual targets. The simulation revealed a booming Economy (22) while Environment (7) and Society (11) lagged, fueling "frustration of not being able to control... the bigger picture." The key kizuki was the need to transcend small-group reliance for broader action, exemplified by Febriani's successful healthcare-conservation model.

Beyond the Visible Scoreboard: Lessons from the Future Leaders at the University of Sydney
I spent three hours with 30 diverse students at the University of Sydney, guiding them through a simulation. Initially trapped by their need for rules, they soon realized they could create their own. A small act of courage—one student crossing the room to talk to another group—created a ripple effect, shifting the conversation from competition to collective vision.
