An article about "Possible World" was featured in the Boso Shimbun, a local newspaper in Chiba Prefecture. The program was part of the Minamiboso Intercultural Summer Camp, held in Minamiboso City from August 22nd to 25th, 2025.
While Possible World was developed as an online game, we used its original card version (2030 SDGs Game) for this event to take full advantage of the in-person, device-free setting. Students ranging from primary to high school participated in learning experiences centered on global challenges and social issues like environmental problems and poverty. They explored possibilities and brainstormed ideas to overcome these challenges.

The camp was organised by the citizens' group "School that Changes the Japanese Normal," as a first step toward establishing a new intercultural school in Minamiboso City. It provided students with a unique space to deepen their intercultural and diverse learning experiences while immersing themselves in the local nature and culture.
The Seeds of Understanding
A subheading from the Boso Shimbun article aptly described the experience: "The seeds of understanding are sown through intercultural learning." The article highlights how five students experienced "diverse learning" at the camp.
