On September 14, we held a Possible World session in Kamata, Tokyo, using physical cards. It came about after a participant from the August 24 session said, "There's someone in Kamata I really want to share this with." Nine people gathered to co-create one possible world.
Finite cards, yet infinite possibilities — shaped by the people in the room and how they connect. Once the host let go, something shifted: "This world is up to us." The nine became "Possibees."

Case Study: Fostering Collective Impact at Menzies School of Health Research
Menzies School of Health Research held a hybrid 'Possible World' workshop to foster collective impact. Participants engaged in a simulation to bridge intellect with bodily senses, connecting head, heart, and hara. Initially focused on individual tasks, a gentle reflection shifted mindsets towards whole-system goals. Consequently, team alignment visibly improved. A robust foundation was quietly cultivated, allowing everyone to proceed cooperatively in future endeavours.
