To all our Nakama—our fellow travelers on this journey through Possible World.
Since we first began, we have been blessed with countless and deeply memorable encounters. As we reflected on each of these connections, we felt that simply calling you "participants" or "clients" felt a bit too distant—a bit too formal.
We’ve always felt there should be a warmer way to address the people who weave these stories together with us. We wanted a name that carries more heart, reflecting the precious bond we share as Nakama.
This desire led us to create a "new name" for us to call one another with genuine affection. From now on, we would love to call everyone who has experienced Possible World—even just once—by the name “Possibees.”

I’d like to share a little of the story behind the scenes—why this name was born and the hopes we have entrusted to this new design.
The Story Behind “Possibees”
The word “Possibees” is a term we coined by blending Possible and Bees.

Why bees? Because in the natural world, they play a vital role in the cycle of life through "pollination." Bees don’t wait for instructions; they follow their own inner life force, flying from flower to flower. In the process, even unintentionally, they carry pollen and nurture a rich, diverse ecosystem.
We believe that those of you who have experienced Possible World are just like these bees. You take the insights and inspiration gained in the "space" of our sessions back to your daily lives, your workplaces, and the wider world. There, you sow the seeds of new possibilities in your own unique way. This name was born from the image of your lighthearted, autonomous spirit.
Our Vision of Leadership
Since P-Lab was founded, there is one principle we have consistently held dear. Instead of "command-and-control" leadership where a single charismatic leader stands at the front, we value an "open-armed" leadership—one that welcomes everyone equally and encourages each person to stand on their own two feet (read more on Learning from the Asanoha Pattern: "Inviting Leadership" – Fostering Independence and Resonance Without Relying on "Gravity").
The reason is simple: We believe that within every single person lies vast, untapped possibilities that even they might not yet have noticed.
Our role is merely to provide the spark for that awakening - we call it Kizuki. Once you notice your own inner radiance, you naturally begin to live by your own values and contribute to the world in your own unique way.
Rather than "us trying to transform the world," we want to "explore the world's possibilities together with our fellow Nakama who have awakened to their own potential." The name "Possibees" carries this wish. We are certain that seeing each of you take flight and expand possibilities in your own world is the powerful force for creating a more vibrant reality.
Design with "Drops of Sensibility": The Infinite Icon
The Possibees icon was born through deep Co-creation.
Our co-creation partner first experienced Possible World for herself to truly feel its essence. Through many layers of dialogue, she carefully wove together our abstract images and unspoken thoughts, patiently giving them form. The process itself was a beautiful journey of co-creation.
There is a special detail in this icon: the Infinity (∞) wings.
If you look closely at the wings of the Possibees, you’ll see the symbol for infinity. This represents the idea that the possibility within each individual is limitless, and that by connecting and circulating that possibility, the future expands without bounds.
Possibility is Within You.
From this day forward, the name and icon of "Possibees" belong to all of us—a shared symbol for our community.
When you gain a new insight, or when you gently encourage someone else's possibilities, the spirit of the Possibee with its infinite wings lives within you.
Together with this icon, I am truly proud to turn many "possibilities" into reality alongside all of you, our Nakama.
Every World is up to our Mindset and Action.
